The price of cotton by-product cottonseed meal has been relatively stable and significantly lower than that soybean meal, which greater advantages for industrial raw materials. Cottonseed after oil extraction accounts 30% the total content plant protein contained in is not terms quality quantity. At present, as a extraction, mainly used animal feed, fully utilized. In this study, was material. By studying effects modifier addition reaction conditions on bonding properties adhesive, best process parameters preparing adhesive were explored, modification mechanism revealed by analyzing adhesives prepared under different conditions. results showed solid increased with increase isocyanate ratio, application period shortened ratio. When amount 40%, large number bubbles produced 30 minutes. water resistance blended modified tested. proportion less 10%, strength could meet requirements national standard. Adding more 10% to bond plywood can well standard class II plate, maximum reach 1.68mpa. research only provide certain theoretical basis practical guidance preparation new low-cost green but also open up way effective utilization agricultural forestry waste meal.
